A high quality Yoga bolster handmade in India including 100% natural & sustainable filling (buckwheat hulls). The cushion can easily be made harder or softer by taking out or putting in buckwheat hulls. The bolster is filled with approximately 4 kg buckwheat hulls. This makes them about 1.5 kg heavier than the smaller buckwheat hull bolsters in our range.

The yoga bolster is an excellent aid when practicing the “child pose”, the “butterfly pose”, but also the Viparita. It can be used during a yin yoga class, but it is also great for any other form of yoga.

A bolster is a great aid for the aforementioned child and butterfly pose if you suffer from a stiff or painful lower back. But actually, a bolster can help to relieve many joints: the back, the neck, the shoulders, the knees and the ankles. This is therefore the great advantage to using yoga bolsters.

The round, oblong bolsters are mainly used for yoga, but there are also small, round bolsters that can be used as meditation cushions. The nice thing about the shape of this oblong yoga bolster is that you can put your whole upper body on the cushion. The cushion is comfortable but also firm because of its filling of buckwheat chaff. 

These products are coloured in dye baths and can therefore vary slightly in colour between them.
