Return conditions

Conditions for returning products:

  • The trial period of 30 days after receipt of the article(s) has not yet expired
  • Article(s) is/are not worn (fitting is of course possible)
  • Article(s) is/are undamaged
  • Article(s) is/are provided with attached labels and/or stickers
  • Article(s) is/are packaged, if possible, in original packaging with supplied warranty certificates and instructions for use
  • Article(s) is/are provided with any gift items that you received when ordering

You have a cooling off period of 30 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. From the moment of the return notification, you have 14 days to return the product.  The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging. The return costs for returning the order are for your account. We will credit the amount within 14 days. You can also use the model form.

Spiru reimburses all payments of the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Spiru for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the trader offers to pick up the product himself, he may wait with refund until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever time is earlier. The trader uses the same means of payment that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Are there any costs associated with returning? 
Returns within the trial period of 30 days are free of obligation. We will refund the full purchase price. Please note: the return shipping costs are for your own account. However, for products that are so damaged or contain traces of use that go beyond those necessary to determine the function, characteristics or nature of the product, you are liable. For this we reserve the right to charge costs.

How do I return the product?
You return your order with all delivered accessories and -if reasonably possible- in original condition and packaging. We therefore always advise you to carefully open the shipping box and original gasket so that you can use them again to return the order.

Please note:Is the product used just too much? For example, are the packaging missing or are the products dirty? Then you will receive 75% of the purchase price. In case of very serious damage you will receive 50% of the purchase price back. We evaluate this to measure.

To when can I return the product? 
You have the right to return the product within 30 days without reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product(s).

How and when do I get my money back?
After you have submitted the return request, we will refund the amount as soon as possible in the same way as the original transaction was carried out. In any case, this will happen within 14 days. The refund of the purchase price will (after receipt of the return) be made on working days.  This concerns the entire purchase price.
