A high-quality yoga bolster, made by hand in India. Including 100% natural & durable filling (buckwheat husk). The cushion can easily be made harder or softer by taking out or putting in some of the filling. The bolster is filled with about 4 kg of buckwheat husks. This makes them about 1.5 kg heavier than our smaller buckwheat husk bolsters.

The yoga bolster is helpful in practicing the child pose, the butterfly pose, but also the Viparita. You can use it, for example, at a yin yoga class. However, it is also great for other forms of yoga.

If you suffer from a stiff or painful lower back, a bolster is especially helpful with the aforementioned child- and butterfly position. A bolster can help relieve many joints: the back, neck, shoulders, knees and ankles. This is the great advantage that comes with using yoga bolsters.

The round, elongated bolsters are mainly used in yoga, but there are also small, round bolsters that you can use as a meditation cushion.
