These unique copper bottles and cups are handmade in India. Each bottle and cup is therefore unique and may vary slightly from the photograph. When using the products for the first time, we recommend that you rinse them thoroughly.

Drinking bottles and cups made of copper (tamba) have been made and used in India for over 200 years. According to ancient Indian Ayurveda, drinking copper water helps to balance the three energies circulating through the human body, the Doshas (Vata air element, Kapha water element and Pitta fire element). These bottles and cups are only suitable for water. Do not use for milk, citrus, and acidic liquids.

By combining a copper bottle with a copper cup, you can easily store your water in the water bottle and then drink it sip by sip from the copper cup.

Cleaning and maintenance instructions

• Do not wash in the dishwasher
• Clean with natural soap, soft sponge and water at room temperature
• To make the copper shine, use lemon segments or copper polish
• Do not expose to direct sunlight

NB: Copper discolors over time due to oxidation. The material may also exhibit ‘stains’. These are both natural properties of copper and have no negative effect on drinking from a copper bottle or cup like this. The bottles and cups may also have irregularities, which is part of the natural properties of copper.
