Collect points at Spiru

When you shop online at Spiru, you have the option to automatically collect points. During the ordering process, when you enter your personal details, you can easily enter a password to create an account.

When you create a personal account, you can start collecting points. For every euro that you spend in our webshop, you automatically receive 1 loyalty point in your account. You will receive your loyalty points the moment we have sent you your order. 

Did you collect more than 250 points? In that case, you can use your loyalty points and receive a discount on your next order. Points cannot be exchanged for in cash money and can only be used online. 

Value of your Loyalty Points

For every euro you receive 1 loyalty point and a 100 loyalty points is worth €3. Thus, when you place an order of €100, you will receive a 100 points. Please note: shipping costs and discounts do not count. The value of a 100 points is €3, which you can use for your next order. If you want to use your points, you will have to indicate that during the ordering process. 

How Long are my Loyalty Points Valid?

Collected points are valid for 12 months. If you receive loyalty points today, you will be able to use them for a year. Afterwards, your points will expire.

If you have an account, you can log in at any time to view what the current balance of your loyalty points savings is. The logging in page can be found here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose how many points I use?

Yes, you do not have to spend your saved 250 points all at once. You could also choose to save a 1000 points and exchange these for a discount of 30.

Are my points credited automatically?

Yes, your points are credited automatically once your order is sent. If you wish to use your points, you have to indicate that yourself during the ordering process. You will not receive your discount automatically once you have saved 250 points.

When are my points credited definitively?

Your points will be credited definitively once your order has been sent by us and is paid for by you. 

I received less points than my order value. How is that possible?

Shipping costs and discounts do not count. For a €5 shipping fee, you will not receive €5 discount.
