Terms Spiru Loyalty Points Saving Program 

1. General

  1. These conditions apply to the Spiru loyalty points, which can be collected at Spiru.
  2. It is an online loyalty points system on Spiru.
  3. By participating in the loyalty points program, participants agree with the terms as described on this page.

2. Participation

  1. Participation in the Spiru loyalty points program is available for all customers of Spiru.
  2. Participation in the loyalty points program is free.
  3. Spiru (organiser) and the participants of the loyalty points program are bound to the content and determinations of these terms.
  4. Customers at Spiru have the opportunity to create an account by filling in their personal details during the ordering process and entering a password for their personal account.
  5. Personal details must be filled in truthfully.
  6. Only completely filled out personal details can be used to activate the Spiru loyalty points program. 
  7. Details of the personal account are not passed on to third parties.
  8. Spiru has the right to refuse an account request.
  9. Spiru has the right to remove an account in the case of abuse.
  10. The personal, activated account can at all times be visited online and the participant is able to log on to the program with their email address and a personal password.

 

3. Spiru Points

  1. Participants with a Spiru account automatically receive loyalty points in their account. Points are granted once the order is paid for by the customer and sent by Spiru. 
  2. Loyalty points are only granted when the order is paid for.
  3. Loyalty points are only granted to activated accounts.
  4. No points are granted to paid orders that are done in the past.
  5. Saved points cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used online on the website of Spiru.
  6. Saved points are valid for 12 months.
  7. Saved points cannot be transferred between accounts.

 

4. Value Points

  1. On Spiru, every euro spent is worth one Spiru loyalty point. Points are only granted once the order is paid for and sent and they are only paid out to activated accounts.
  2. Shipping costs and extra handling costs do not count and for those no loyalty points are granted.
  3. One Spiru loyalty point is worth 3 euro cents, which can only be spent at Spiru. 
  4. When a product is returned, the loyalty points will be deducted from the loyalty points balance.
  5. When a returned item is paid for with loyalty points, only loyalty points will be given back to you. 
  6. Saved points cannot be used when the account is no longer active.
  7. In the case of a sale or other promotion, Spiru may incidentally grant extra loyalty points and for returned items these points will be deducted.
  8. Loyalty points cannot be used in combination with other sales at Spiru.

 

5. Privacy

  1. Participants are expected to fill in their personal details correctly and completely. 
  2. Participants that provide incorrect information are excluded from participation. 
  3. By participating in the loyalty points program, participants agree to the fact that their personal details are used for mailings from Spiru.
  4. Provided personal details are included in Spiru’s data file. These personal details are protected by the law ‘Protection of Personal Data’ (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens).
  5. Personal details are never provided to third parties, unless there is written permission for this.

 

6. Final Determinations 

  1. Spiru is authorised to, at all times and without notice or statement of reason, intermediately put a hold to and/or change the promotional terms concerning the loyalty points system.
  2. In cases the terms are not sufficient, the organiser decides.
