Holy Lama Naturals Deodorant keeps you fresh all day long. The key ingredient is Alum, a naturally occurring antiseptic mineral that inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria. This deodorant offers a healthy alternative to many other products, as it is not absorbed by the skin. The blend of pure vanilla, ylang ylang, petitgrain and rosemary makes you feel fresh and confident.

Natural – Sustainable – Fair Trade

Holy Lama’s products are made primarily from natural ingredients, avoiding the use of harsh chemicals or synthetic materials. Wherever possible, sustainable materials are used for packaging. The production process results in less than 1% waste and the waste is used as fuel or animal feed, so the ecological footprint is exceptionally low!

The raw materials used for production are mainly sourced from local farmers in Kerala and the rest of India, building on over seven decades of well-established relationships with farmers. The company operates on a ‘no-credit’ principle, which means that all farmers and suppliers of raw materials are paid immediately. The factory pays fair wages to staff and fair prices to farmers.

Women-owned enterprise

Holy Lama Naturals is recognized as a government approved women’s enterprise in Kerala, where more than 80% of the factory workers are women. Most come from disadvantaged backgrounds (e.g. widowed or abandoned by their partners).
