Nothing appears in my track & trace

Sometimes, the information may not be immediately available on the PostNL or DHL track & trace page. There’s no need to worry as it can take some time for PostNL or DHL to scan and update the status of your parcel. Once your parcel is scanned, your track & trace code will become active, typically within the next day.
