I haven’t received a track & trace yet?

After our Warehouse Monks have carefully packed your parcel and handed it over to the postman, we will send you an email notification. Additionally, you will receive an email from PostNL or DHL containing a track & trace code. Once PostNL or DHL scans your parcel, the track & trace code will become active, typically within the next day.
