How can I cancel my order?

If you find that your order is not suitable for you after all, you have the option to cancel it free of charge within 14 days. To do so, simply send an email to our customer service.

We strive to dispatch our packages promptly, often on the same day of your order. However, there may be instances where your package is already in transit by the time we receive your cancellation email. In such cases, you can choose to refuse the parcel upon delivery. By doing so, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. If you choose to accept the parcel regardless, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it.
