Opinions differ about where the Third Chakra is located. According to others, the energy point is slightly lower, around the navel. If you want to make it easy, think of it as being your upper abdomen, from your navel to the bottom of the sternum. According to yogis, the sacrum and the genitals belong to the Second Chakra and the chest to the Heart Chakra, so the Solar Plexus is everything in between.
