Detailed description

Yogi & Yogini pillows are filled with 1st quality buckwheat hulls; the buckwheat hulls are sifted so there are no sticks in them.
Cushions may have slight color differences per order because they come from different dye baths

Washing instructions: Wash cold to hand warm separately after removing the inner cushion with the filling.

Refillable: The height of the meditation cushion can be adjusted by taking out some buckwheat chaff. If the cushion begins to sag, it can be refilled with Buckwheat Refills available from Spiru.
