Yogi & Yogini pillows are filled with 1st quality buckwheat hulls; the buckwheat hulls are sifted so there are no sticks in them. Pillows may have slight color differences per order because they come from different dye baths.

Refillable

The buckwheat in the meditation cushion sinks in after a while; for comfort the cushion needs to be refilled. The height of the meditation cushion can be adjusted by taking out some buckwheat chaff. Buckwheat Refills are available at Spiru.
