They open and close with a convenient zip at the bottom. The zip is neatly concealed, so while meditating you do not notice that there is a zip. There is also an easy handle. In short, ideal to support a wonderful meditation session. There is an inner cushion so you can wash the cover.

The cushion can easily be made harder or softer by taking out or putting in buckwheat chaff. The bolster is filled with approximately 2-3 kg buckwheat chaff.
