Himalayan salt extracted in Pakistan is the purest form of mineral salt from 250 million year old mountains. It is completely pure, without any pollution and contains all 84 elements that are also found in the human body.

This salt is suitable for preparing a spa bath or when using the Neti pot. Himalayan salt vitalizes and balances the pH value of the skin.

For a spa bath, use ± 500 grams of bath salt.
In the Neti pot, 0.5 – 1 teaspoon of salt dissolved in lukewarm water is sufficient.
