Statue of the famous lucky Indian elephant god, detailed and beautifully crafted.
Ganesha (also called Ganesh or Ganapati Tantra) is in the pantheon of Hinduism, but also in Buddhism, the deity with the elephant head.
He is the god of knowledge and wisdom, remover of obstacles and is the patron deity of travelers. Hindus pray to Ganesha before starting something new, such as a new job, or when moving house. Ganesha is the son of Shiva and Parvati.
Because the making of these statues is a manual process, there may be some imperfections. You can think of smudges or colors that are just not 100% opaque.
