My parcel has the status ‘Delivered’, but I haven’t received anything.

It’s unpleasant to see that your parcel is listed as ‘delivered’ in the track and trace system, while you haven’t received it yet. Have you checked whether a housemate accepted the parcel? PostNL or DHL may have delivered the parcel to your neighbors or left it at a collection point. In that case, PostNL or DHL will send a notification to the delivery app. For any questions about the app, please contact PostNL using the following link: https://www.postnl.nl/klantenservice/ or DHL: https://www.dhlparcel.nl/en/consumer/support. If you haven’t received a notification in the app, it’s possible that the delivery driver scanned all parcels at the beginning of their round and will deliver yours later. This process can take up to 5 working days. If you still haven’t received anything after 5 working days, please contact our customer service. We’ll be happy to help you locate your parcel.
